Replacement Policy

  • Our policy does not permit refunds; however, we are happy to offer replacements for any defective or damaged items.
  • To be eligible for a replacement your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For framed and unframed prints replacements are only accepted if you receive a broken frame or glass or damaged print.  It must also be in the original packaging along with the invoice/bill. Customer shall inform ArtNamasya about the damaged artwork, quality issue or wrong artwork within 24  hours of delivery along with the photos & unboxing video of artwork showing the issue as a proof.

Art Namasya  shall not be liable to replace the artwork  if  informed after completion of 24 hours from time of delivery. 

Process:

  • Customer should inform ArtNamasya of damaged delivery, quality issue or wrong artwork delivered within 24  hours from the time of delivery.
  • Customer to send photos & unboxing video as proof showing the issue with artwork.
  • An email can be sent with details, photos & unboxing video to artnamasya02@gmail.com .
  • ArtNamasya shall not be liable to replace the artwork if ArtNamasya is informed after completion of 24  hours from time of delivery.
  • We will arrange to pick up the artwork from customer delivery address.
  • In case we can’t arrange courier pick up from the shipping address, we will inform the customer and customer will have to ship the artwork to our registered address Please note that, irrespective of whether ArtNamasya  arranges for pick up or customer ships it, the responsibility of proper packing and making sure that products reach us  in perfect good, new condition lies with the customer.
  • Up on receipt of returned artwork by Art Namasya, it will be assessed for further damages. The artwork will not be eligible for replacement in case of further damages are found by ArtNamasya. As the proof, we can share with customer photos/video of the products.
  • We will approve the replacement when the artwork is found to be in exact same condition as it was delivered to customer.
  • We  will ship the replacement artwork in 3 days of approval for replacement.
  • WE CAN TAKE THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST ONLY ONCE PER ORDER.
