To promote our Devbhasha Sanskrit he has initiated to give his paintings Sanskrit titles with elaborate explanations in hindi, english & punjabi so that general public identifies with it. In his painting exhibitions he has tried to connect with youth through speaker sessions as each of his paintings has got a message & philosophy of the personalities depicted in it . He tries to subtly pass on our rich heritage that leads  and guides them through trying times as well as provide them much needed respite from mundane life . This is an initiative to give his little contribution to disseminate the majestic history, philosophy, art and culture of our country . All his paintings are symbolic and mostly of 4 feet by 5 feet in size, he uses bright colours and the medium is mixed media on canvas. The enigma of spirituality is illustrated everywhere in his paintings in the form of symbolic images.

His journey started at the age of 5 when he went to see Dussehra. He witnessed people using  newspaper to light the effigy of Ravana. This disturbed him as he felt it could have been done in a better way and back home next year he made an effigy of Ravana only to light it with a bow and arrow which had a burning cotton at its end which was very satisfying to him. Later he made a replica of Mata Vaishno Devi cave so that his aged grandfather doesn’t have to travel and trek  much to pay his obeisance. He made several games , scripts & collage before his final tryst with brush and colour.

In his childhood he used to accompany his mother to Gurudwara and saw rich and poor eating langar( community meal) at one place,he used to get  inspired as how people of different financial status, religion ,caste are not discriminated and are made to feel equal . This later helped him in making 10 paintings and conducting speaker sessions on life and philosophy of Sikh Gurus,  at  various educational institutions of Punjab  on 400th birthday celebration of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji in collaboration with Government of Punjab.

At the time when youngsters get attracted towards film actors he used to collect pictures of ,Saheed Bhagat Singh, Sardar Udham singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru, Sardar kartar Singh Sarabha,Chander shekhar Azad and many more patriots, Read Chanakya Neeti,Vidu Neeti,Bhartrihari Shatak, Ashtavakra Geeta ,J.Krishnamurti,Mirza Galib, Mir, Bhadur Shah Zafar, Baba Farid , Sai Bulleh Shah, Shiv kumar batalvi. He learned Urdu to have more understanding of poetry.

He admired almost all forms of Arts.  All this  helped him in depicting various personalities in form of artwork.  His first collage was Chanakya and Mirza Galib  which he  sent to his younger brother to inspire him when he was preparing for his civil services exam followed by 20 more before he switched over to canvas.  The more he got attracted and attached to colours ,the better they started coming out in form of artwork on canvas. His experimentation with different mediums helped him in making wonderful textures on canvas. He has conducted more than 30 solo shows and speaker sessions so far in collaboration with Ministry of Culture Govt of India, Punjab Art Council, Department of culture ,Govt of Punjab, Guru Nanak Dev University, D.A.V institutions and various religious institutions.
